This Clarification Text has been prepared in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“Law”) and the relevant legislation to inform you about the processing of your personal data. As the data controller, Asil Krom Evye Sanayi Ticaret A.Ş. (“Asil Krom” or Eviye.com.tr), located at “Osmangazi Mah. Büyükayazma Cad. No:97 Kıraç – Esenyurt / İstanbul,” we are committed to explaining the purpose, method, and legal reasons for processing your personal data, with whom it is shared, and how long it is stored.
Your Personal Data and Our Purposes of Processing
When you shop in our stores, we process the identity, contact, customer transaction, legal transaction, and financial information of our customers. Specifically, to facilitate sales transactions, we process your credit/debit card information for the purpose of concluding and executing the sales contract, issuing invoices, and sending them electronically. This includes your name, surname, address, shopping, and payment information, and your email address. If you pay by credit/debit card, your card information is transferred to the relevant payment institution.

If you contact us via our website contact form, email, social media, or any other means, we process your name, surname, contact information, order details, legal action information (if applicable), and any other information you provide. This is done to address your requests and complaints, manage and improve customer experience processes, and use as evidence in customer satisfaction efforts and any disputes that may arise.
Method and Legal Reason for Collecting Your Personal Data
We process the personal data of our customers through semi-automatic means by recording the information verbally declared to our sales consultant in our sales and accounting systems or by automatic methods via email. Additionally, we collect your personal data through documents from judicial and administrative authorities by non-automatic means, and by automatic methods in electronic environments through our website and email channels.
Your personal data are processed in accordance with the following legal grounds:
– **Explicit Stipulation in the Laws:** Pursuant to Article 5/2 (a) of the LPPD, if it is explicitly stipulated in the laws.
– **Contract Performance:** Pursuant to Article 5/2 (c) of the LPPD, on the legal grounds that processing is necessary for the establishment or performance of the contract (performance of the sales contract, realization of sales transactions, and provision of after-sales support).
Your personal data will be deleted, destroyed, or anonymized when the purpose requiring their processing in accordance with Article 7/1 of the KVK Law disappears and/or the statute of limitations or retention periods required by legislation expire.
Places of Transfer of Processed Personal Data and Purpose of Transfer
The purposes of processing personal data and data transfer are aligned. As Asil Krom, we transfer your personal data to third parties for the purposes specified in this clarification text and in accordance with Articles 8 and 9 of KVKK.
Your personal data may be shared with our group companies, cooperating institutions, and organizations to provide logistics services, resolve your requests and complaints, conduct marketing activities, and perform personal data processing activities. If you use a credit or debit card during your shopping, your payment information is shared with the electronic payment institution and banks that Asil Krom receives service from. Additionally, your personal data may be shared with public authorities, official institutions, and organizations upon request to fulfill our obligation to provide information under relevant legislation and to exercise our legal rights.
Ways to Apply to the Data Controller and Your Rights
You have the right to:
– Learn whether your personal data is processed,
– Request information if it has been processed,
– Learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used in accordance with its purpose,
– Learn the domestic or international parties to which it is transferred,
– Request correction if incomplete or incorrectly processed,
– Request deletion or destruction within the framework of the conditions stipulated in Article 7 of the Law,
– Request notification of the transactions made in accordance with the above subparagraphs to the third parties to whom it is transferred,
– Object to the occurrence of a result to your detriment due to analysis exclusively by automated systems,
– Demand compensation for damage in case you suffer damage due to processing in violation of the Law.

Regarding your personal data processed by our Company, you can submit your requests within the scope of Article 11 of the KVKK in writing in accordance with the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles of Application to the Data Controller or to [email protected] by using [email protected] registered electronic mail (KEP) address, secure electronic signature, mobile signature, or your email address previously notified to our Company and registered in our system.
